Who is responsible for the data

What is sent, and why

Your name and phone are needed to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. After your consent, the server sends them to the “VECA — заявки” Telegram group together with a technical request number. Do not enter documents, payment details or other sensitive information.

Services and hosting

Hosting and place of processing: PS.kz, Kazakhstan. Telegram receives the text of the request; members of the working group can read it. Using the service may involve cross-border transfer. Confirmed transfer terms: The user’s consent before submitting the form; Telegram may transfer the data across borders.

Storage and deletion

How long requests are kept, and how they are deleted from Telegram, from correspondence and from backups: Until the enquiry has been handled, and no longer than 90 days. Technical fingerprints of the request are deleted after 24 hours.

The site does not write your name or phone into the form-protection files. The PHP version stores protected fingerprints of the IP address and of the request: per-minute counters and resubmission records for up to 24 hours. Clean-up runs on each request and through a maintenance job every 15 minutes. The physical deletion of expired records depends on that job; backups need their own deletion period. The Vercel version uses the temporary memory of a single server instance. Hosting logs and Telegram messages are governed by the operator terms above.

Visit statistics

The site uses the Yandex Metrica service for statistics: which pages are opened and which links and buttons are used. Metrica sets cookies and receives technical data: the IP address, browser and device details, page addresses and the referring source. Recording of on-page activity (Webvisor) is turned off, and the name and phone number from the form are not sent to Metrica. Yandex processes this data under its own terms. To opt out, turn on the Do Not Track signal in your browser (the counter then does not load), disable cookies, or use Yandex’s opt-out page.

Your choice

You do not have to submit the form. To correct your data, withdraw consent or have it deleted, contact the operator. Opening WhatsApp or making a call is a separate action; that data is processed by the relevant service and recipient. The site has no advertising trackers and no advertising cookies. Hosting logs may contain the IP address and the time of the request.
