What is sent, and why

Your name and phone are needed to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. After your consent, the server sends them to the “VECA — заявки” Telegram group together with a technical request number. Do not enter documents, payment details or other sensitive information.

Storage and deletion

The site does not write your name or phone into the form-protection files. The PHP version stores protected fingerprints of the IP address and of the request: per-minute counters and resubmission records for up to 24 hours. Clean-up runs on each request and through a maintenance job every 15 minutes. The physical deletion of expired records depends on that job; backups need their own deletion period. The Vercel version uses the temporary memory of a single server instance. Hosting logs and Telegram messages are governed by the operator terms above.

Your choice

You do not have to submit the form. To correct your data, withdraw consent or have it deleted, contact the operator. Opening WhatsApp or making a call is a separate action; that data is processed by the relevant service and recipient. The site has no advertising analytics and no advertising cookies. Hosting logs may contain the IP address and the time of the request.
